A gold medalist and highly accomplished architect, with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Design, Subraya has led a wide range of high-profile projects from concept through to completion, spanning commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional sectors. His leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, a commitment to quality, and a deep understanding of the regional market.

In his role as Managing Director, Subraya is actively involved in all aspects of the business—from design leadership and client interface to business development, resource management, and regulatory compliance. He oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the practice across multiple regional studio offices, ensuring design excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent client satisfaction. He is dedicated to fostering a collaborative studio culture and driving sustainable growth across all studio offices.

With over 25 years of distinguished architectural experience in Dubai and the Middle East, Ritesh serves as a Director at JRHP, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, client engagements, and project execution.

His in-depth understanding of regional master planning frameworks and local authority processes ensures seamless project progression. Shailesh Bhandari is a seasoned Director with extensive experience in managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects across hospitality, healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. With a career spanning multiple full project lifecycle, he brings deep expertise in feasibility studies, business planning, project initiation, and the development of tailored systems and processes for effective project delivery.

As a strategic leader, Shailesh plays a key role in shaping the firm’s direction, culture, and performance.
