Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, the architectural design of this residential building is a response to its function. The design intention was to develop a quality residential asset which satisfies the demand of the mid income end user through compelling design quality.
Our design aim was to create an asset which contains: good quality, an efficient layout, functional and simple in design. The style of the building is modern, timeless and warm. Fundamental to the design of the building has been the end user requirement.
