We were lead consultant and architect for the phased refurbishment of our client’s flagship 5* hotel while in operation. The project included façade renovations, the refurbishment of 373 guestrooms and suites including the famous Ski Chalets and Pool Cabanas, the executive lounge, meeting rooms, as well as the Olea Restaurant and the Noir Bar.
