JRHP was appointed as lead consultant, architect and interior designer, by Skyland Properties, for a new 151-unit residential tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle, Dubai, UAE. The external expression of the B+G+4P+17+R structure is a consequence of its orientation to the site constraints. The design of the podium form responds to this context by unveiling itself through the splash of glazed facade.
