JRHP was appointed for the provision of Architectural Design Services for this iconic development which is located on large plot in Burj Khalifa community in Dubai, off Sheikh Zayed Road.
The Client’s intent was to redevelop the entire plot with three levels of retail and F&B units reminiscent of Harrods in London, with banquet halls, conference facilities and other amenities in podium levels, three large hotels (St. Regis, W Hotel and Westin Hotel) with a total of approx. 1300 rooms along with four levels of basement parking.
