This sustainable store for M&S built over two floors in Cheshire Oaks is their largest store outside London. It has the highest environmental accreditation of any M&S store, having received a BREAM ‘Excellent’ rating, making use of free air cooling, a biomass boiler and incorporating WRAP principles to ‘design out waste’.
